James Innocent relocated from New York to join TechBridge in August of 2008 as a Network Engineer. He has over 8 years of IT experience specializing in network support and 5 of those working at IBM. His knowledge of technologies included Microsoft products, Symantec, SonicWall networking equipment, and various hardware vendors such as Dell, HP, IBM and WideBand hardware devices.
James has previous experience working with nonprofit agencies in the past and in his last position took part in the domain upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 functional level. He was also responsible for the administration and maintenance of multiple servers across multiple sites and all user accounts within Active Directory. James currently has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from SUNY College at Old Westbury and is also a MCSE:Messaging. James plans to continue his education by seeking an MBA and also has a high interest in IP Telephony for the benefit of the non-profit sector.
