James is a 13-year Information Technology service management veteran with a background in a wide range of industries including academics, manufacturing, and health care. James has provided technical and business leadership in application development, IT infrastructure, operations, and support. James’ career highlights include the planning, budgeting, and deployment of a cable manufacturing plant in Tianjin, China, the implementation of incident management and change management best practices for a international manufacturing firm, and advisement to the non-profit sector in data analysis and process improvement.

In addition to these career accomplishments, James is certified in Lean / Six Sigma, the IT Infrastructure Library, and is a Certified Help Desk Manager. James is also pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
