Kevin joined TechBridge in January of 2007 as a Network Engineer. He has 9 years of experience in Desktop and Helpdesk support. Kevin started his career as a Helpdesk Analyst for IBM’s ThinkPad support center. In 1998 he joined Xerox Global Services where he performed many roles as a desk side technician, 2nd level helpdesk support, and Technical Lead. Kevin was responsible for being the point of contact for many escalated issues, creating and maintaining images for the client, testing and deployment of new software, and maintaining documentation. Kevin has recently taken new responsibilities under the HelpDesk operation.
