Mark spent twenty years with UPS building efficiencies in operations and Information Technology. His expertise with process improvement and reengineering has allowed organizations to launch new services within weeks, and his ability to create strategic alliances with customers and business partners has led to the 20X growth of services in the Business Process Outsourcing arena.

Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and for the last ten years Mark has helped build an entrepreneurial IT sourcing organization from zero to $80M in revenue before selling to an Indian company. With this and other startups he has developed keen entrepreneurial leadership skills and valuable sales/marketing expertise.
