Depth Making Distance
Learning a Reality Nonprofits are
born from a vision of fulfilling human needs and improving
communities through service. Healthcare Georgia Foundation's
vision is to expand its role as a grantor to become a facilitator of
education and information sharing among its grantees. "Our commitment as an organization is to have a
continuous presence with our nonprofit health agencies, providing
support, technical assistance, training, capacity growth building,
and networking." - Dr. Gary D. Nelson, Foundation
President The Foundation engaged
TechBridge to develop a strategy to initiate distance learning
services. TechBridge conducted the technology research and
facilitated meetings and product demos with the Foundation to
provide a concise, yet comprehensive, range of distance learning
tools that can be delivered both live and on demand.
"Throughout the
project, the Foundation and TechBridge have developed a deep level
of trust, thanks to the discovery that we've taken together. We now
understand the value of engaging a consultancy to help us streamline
the evaluation and selection process in choosing vendor
organizations for our projects." Read the complete

will come online powered by state-of-the art technology thanks to
TechBridge, a nonprofit supporting nonprofits with technology
solutions. "Having the right technology in place and
operational when we open our doors is critical to Gateway's
immediate and long-term success. TechBridge brought essential
technical knowledge and expertise to the table and helped us build a
solid technology infrastructure that will serve us for years to
come." - Vince Smith, Director of the 24/7 Gateway

as part of the Southern AIDS/HIV Prevention Initiative. Services
delivered will include website assessment/development and
training. "A key goal of the Southern HIV/AIDS Prevention
Initiative is to remove technology barriers that might hinder an
HIV/AIDS agency's ability to provide services. TechBridge has
an established record of success in helping nonprofits maximize
their use of technology and is very well-suited to help us implement
the technology assistance element of our program." - Erica Weinberg,
