

TechBridge Welcomes New Board Members |
Atlanta – July 2, 2010. TechBridge, a nonprofit that provides affordable technology services and solutions to increase the capacity of other nonprofits to serve our community is pleased to announce three recent appointments to its Board of Directors. Kevin Hofmann, Vice President – IT, The Home Depot, joins the Board with more than 20 years of technology experience. Mr. Hofmann oversees the company’s information technology aspects as it relates to supply chain transformation, direct-to-consumer efforts and the international divisions, including Canada, China and Mexico. Prior to joining The Home Depot, Mr. Hofmann was a technology executive with GE for more than ten years. He began his career with Dow Chemical and is a graduate of Central Michigan University. He also holds Six Sigma Black-Belt certification. Clint Bailey, Founder and Vice President of Sales for HUNTER Technical Resources, a technical services provider of professional personnel in the fields of information technology, engineering and telecommunications also joined the Board. Mr. Bailey is a former engineer and a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds memberships in several professional organizations and is an avid volunteer and mentor. He has been affiliated with TechBridge for more than five years in various volunteer roles. Peter Baron, Principal and Founder of Carabiner Communications, brings more than two decades of high-tech public relations experience to the TechBridge Board. Mr. Baron co-founded Socket PR which was acquired by Hill and Knowlton and served as partner and VP at Alexander Communications (now Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide). He also served as director of corporate communications for Computone Corporation. His work spans the formative years of the PC industry through today’s web, wireless and emerging mobile markets.
